Refund & Cancellation Policy

Grand Cru Select provides professional advisory services, not physical goods. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Advisory & Consultation Services

Advisory services involve preparation, time allocation, and professional judgement.

Accordingly:

  • Fees for consultations and advisory services are non-refundable once the service has been provided

  • Where preparation has begun, fees are non-refundable

Where expressly stated, consultation fees may be credited against a subsequent engagement. Such credits are not redeemable for cash.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule a confirmed consultation with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Where at least 24 hours’ notice is given, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or failure to attend a scheduled session, are treated as a completed service and are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling

In exceptional circumstances, flexibility may be considered at our discretion.

3. Project-Based & Retainer Services

For project-based or retainer engagements:

  • Payment terms are agreed in advance

  • Fees already paid are non-refundable once work has commenced

  • Unused future periods may be addressed by agreement on a case-by-case basis

4. Sourcing & Execution Services

Where sourcing or execution services are agreed:

  • Fees are earned upon successful execution or agreed milestones

  • Third-party costs (including auction fees, taxes, shipping, or storage) are non-refundable

  • No refunds are provided for changes in availability, market value, or outcomes beyond our control

5. Advance Client Funds

Where client funds are transferred in advance for sourcing or acquisition:

  • Funds are applied strictly to the agreed purpose

  • Any unused balance is reconciled and returned promptly

  • Fees already earned are non-refundable

6. No Right of Return

As Grand Cru Select does not sell physical goods, return-of-goods policies and cooling-off periods for consumer products do not apply.
